Know all men by then presents that I Harvey Fuller of Simsbury in the County of Hartford Administrator of the estate of Joseph Fuller late of Simsbury deceased by virtue of an order of count of probate for the district of Simsbury me directing to sell at peebles or private sale all the real estate of the said Joseph Fuller deceased first giving notice of the time and place of the proposed sale by posting notice on a signpost in simsbury nearest to said real estate said order bearing date the 24th say of september 1834 and in consideration of the sum of fifteen dollars, fifty cents received to my full satisfaction of Dwight Bacon of said simsbury do grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Dwight Bacon all the right, title interest, claim and demand which the said Joseph Fuller had at the time of his decease in and to a certain price or parcel of land situate in said simsbury and bounds as follows (vig) West on Thomas Haskins land south on Linus Holcomb land North and east on the heirs of Ardin Holcombs land and contains two acres of land more or lefs - To have bargained, and to hold the said granted premises with the appurtenances there of unto him the said Dwight Bacon his heirs and assigns to his and their own proper crs and benefit forever~ And I the said Harvey Fuller as administrator aforesaid do hereby covenant with him the said Dwight Bacon his heirs and assigns that I have full power and authority as administrator a fore said to grant and convey the desorbed promises in manner and form aforesaid and for myself my heirs executors & administrators do fee the covenant to warrant and defend the same to him the said Dwight Bacon his heir and assigns against the claims of any person or persons whomsoever claiming by pom or evider me as administrator aforesaid. Know all Men by these presents, That I Mary Fuller of Simsbury in Hartford County State of Connecticut for divers good Causes and Considerations thereunto moving; especially for One thousand Dollars received to my full satisfaction of Maskel Bacon of Simsbury Have Remised, Released, and for ever Quit-Claimed, and do by these Presents for myself & my heirs justly and absolutely Remise, Release, and for ever Quit-Claim unto the said Bacon & his heirs and Assign for ever, all such Right and Title as, I the said Many of Land lying in Union district in said Simsbury & is bounded West on Caime Hoskin & Woodruffs Hoskins land. South on land belonging to the heirs of Selah Stanfy deceased & Eliphalet Andrews- East on land of Thomas Hoskins, North partly on Jonathan Lallimen. Elijah Bacon & Woodruff Hoskins land & contains Eighty acres of land be the same more or lefs- expense being had to a deed given by the said Bacon to Samuel Fuller late of said Simsbury delias - said Deed dated February 13th 1812 To have and to hold, the premises unto him the said grantee his Heirs and Assigns, to the only Use and Behoof of the said granted his heir and assigns for ever, so that neither I the said grantor nor any other person in my Name and Behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any Right to Title to the premises, or any part thereof, but they and every of them, shall by these Presents be excluded and for ever barred. Personally appeared Mary Fuller Signer and Sealer of the foregoing Instrument, and acknowledged the same to be, before me her free Act and Deed William Mather Justice of Peace
Know all men by these presents, That I Julia Bacon of Simsbury in the County of Hartford & State of Connecticut held firmly and bound unto Isaac Spencer, Treasurer of the State of Connecticut, his successors in office or assign, for and in behalf of the state of Connecticut, and to the use and benefit of the school fund, in the penal sum of Two thousand five hundred dollars. To be paid unto him the Isaac Spencer in his capacity aforesaid, or his successors in office or assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made and done, I do hereby bind myself my heirs, executors and administrators, and each and every of them, for and in the whole sum aforesaid, firmly by these presents, signed with my hand and sealed with my seal Date the nineteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six. The condition of this obligation is such, that is the above named Julia Bacon his heirs, executors or administrators, shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Isaac Spencer in his said capacity aforesaid or to his successors in office or assigns the sum of twelve hundred and fifty- dollars on demand with interest, at the rate of six per cent. per annum, to be computed from the twenty eighth day of August 1826 and payable on the second day of September 1827 and annually after the last mentioned period, until the above mentioned principal sum shall be fully paid and discharged; then this obligation to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue. Know ye, That J William Payn of New hartford or in the county of Litchfield for the confederation of forty pounds lawful money- received to my full fatisfaction of Daniel Bacon of said Simsbury in Hartford County Do give, grant, bargain, fell and confirm unto the faid Daniel Bacon and to his HEirs and afsigns for ever the one half in quantity and quality as it is undivided of one peice of law lying in said Simsbury on the plains near the west mountains bound south part on David Thomas and part on Peter Bael west on Beunoni Balto Gih north on Elisha Holcomb East on william Andrews Land the what piece Contains sixty acres and of which but one half is Couraid as above with the Fream branes of a away through the same
To have and to hold, the above granted and bargained Premifies, with the appurteneces thereof, unto heir the faid Daniel Bacon and to his Heirs and Affigns forever, to his and their own proper Ufe and Behoof. And alfo, I the faid William Payn

Know ye, That I [Zebina Moys] of Simsbury Hartford County for the confideration of one hundred and fifty dollars full fatisfaction of Maskel Bacon Jan ~/: of town Do give, grant, bargain, fell and confirm unto the faid Maskel his heirs and assigns for we one certain piece or parcel of land lying in the worth west district in Simsbury aforesaid, and county- west partly on Bacon’s land, and partly on Daniel Bacons land, North on Maskel own land, east on Stephen Cases land, and south on Joseph and Samuel Fuller’s land and contains twelve acres and Mree Roods of land, referving a highway auoy The land I now convey is the one half of the above defiber piece of land referring, the grain and wood now slanding and growing on before saids akdn being on my hart of land. TO have and to hold the above granted and bargained premifes, with the appurtenances thereof, unto him the faid granted his heirs and assigns forever to him and their oen proper ufe and behoof. And alfo I the faid granted do for my fel and my heirs executors and administrators, covenant with the faid granted his heirs and affigns: that at and until the enfealing of thefe prefents I am well feized of teh premifes, as a good indefeafible eftate in fee-fimple, & have good right to bargain and fell the fame in manner and form in manner and form as is above written, and that the fame is free of all incumbrances whatfoever.
And furthermore, I the faid grantor do by thefe prefents, bind my fel and my heirs foever to warrent and defend the above granted and bargained premifes, to him the faid granter his heirs and affigns, againft all claims and demands whatfoever.
