This was assigned to me by my health teacher to do a 30 day challenge to do something every day and see how you improved at the end. I chose to incorporate ASL by learning a sign every day. I wrote it down and explained how to sign it. For me the key to remembering every day to stick with a new goal was to set myself up for success. I did this by leaving a notepad on my desk so i wouldn't forget to find a new sign and I would write it down. I practiced the signs from the day before too so I wouldn't forget.
